Three Decades in Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial Real Estate
DallasWarehouseAdvisors.com exists because warehouse tenants deserve the same full-time advocacy landlords already have. Here's the background behind the practice.

A Career Built Around One Side of the Table
Our founder's real estate career started on the numbers side of the business, not the phone. Early on, that meant building the financial models developers relied on to underwrite ground-up construction projects across Dallas-Fort Worth, work that meant learning how a deal actually pencils out long before he ever negotiated one himself.
From there he moved into brokerage, leasing millions of square feet of office and industrial space around the metroplex and working directly with tenants ranging from local manufacturers to national telecom, healthcare, and logistics companies.
More than two decades ago, he set out on his own to build a practice around a simple idea: a tenant's advisor should never split loyalty with a landlord. That practice grew for years across both office and industrial requirements before narrowing to a single focus, warehouse and distribution space in DFW, which is what became DallasWarehouseAdvisors.com.
He's also a 6-year National Guard veteran, and that background still shows up in how the firm operates. Know the terrain better than the other side. Plan before you move. Don't leave your people exposed. In this business, that translates into walking every building in person, knowing each corridor's rail and highway access cold, and negotiating every lease like it's his own.
What You Can Expect Working With Us
A lot of tenant rep firms say they put clients first. Here's what that actually looks like day to day at DallasWarehouseAdvisors.com.
Boutique by choice
We stay intentionally small so every client gets direct access to the person actually negotiating their deal, not a rotating cast of junior associates.
DFW and nothing else
We don't chase accounts across ten different metros. Every corridor, every landlord relationship, and every rate trend we track lives inside one market: Dallas-Fort Worth.
Built for the long relationship
Most of our work doesn't end at lease signing. We track option deadlines, flag renewal windows a year out, and stay engaged through every expansion after.
An honest answer, even the inconvenient one
Sometimes the right advice is to renew instead of move, or to wait a few months for a better submarket cycle. We'd rather tell you that than push a deal that only benefits us.
